We worked closely with the SVP of Brand and Marketing at AlixPartners to strengthen and expand the firm’s visual identity into a more distinctive, flexible and usable global brand system. Founded in 1981, AlixPartners is a leading global consulting firm with thousands of employees across offices worldwide. The challenge was not simply creating new assets, but building a brand world that could be applied consistently across a large international organisation. We developed a dynamic geometric language, a generative web tool and a comprehensive set of brand guidelines to help teams create materials that feel recognisably AlixPartners while still allowing for variety and scale.

Using a responsive grid and a set of clear rules for applying the Dynamic Geometry language, we created a system that allows compositions to feel varied and expressive while still remaining consistent. The result is a brand toolkit that is flexible enough for day-to-day use across the business, without losing coherence.
We were also asked to create a distinct visual language for the AlixPartners Annual Disruption Index. In response, we developed a suite of static and animated particle systems designed to express change, movement and instability: giving the initiative a clear identity while still sitting naturally within the wider brand world.
